Here's something kinda crazy, clothing wise. I see Cecily is wearing what appear to be navy white striped leggings. I know I sent you a similar pair with a ruffle at the bottom. Twice, separately, I bought navy white striped leggings in 12M with no ruffle as well! I sure the pair she's wearing is from someone else. If not, I would have collected 4 pairs of the same navy white stripe leggings! Evidently, I like them. Once I found I had 2 pairs of non-ruffle ones, it occurred to me they may look cute under the sailor dresses for a little pizzaz!
